Amazing Math has decided to create a Discord server for faster communication. If you have some questions, want to discuss about concepts with others, or just want to hang out, then you've found the place!

In order to create a safe learning environment, we have the following set of rules or recommendations for the Discord server.
Please don't share any class information (handouts, meeting links, etc.) out of the respective class channels of the respective class. If you want a friend to join, please tell them to email us so they can register. This is to enhance the security of the Zoom meetings. We have the right to change class Zoom links at any time we want.
Please be respectful of other students and staff. We want Discord to benefit everyone, so please don't ruin it for others!
Please don't talk about active competitions. Although they may be over, it's better to just not talk about them until discussion opens elsewhere.
Please refrain from pinging any instructors or DM'ing them. We will get to your questions as soon as possible.
Absolutely no server raiding / trolling will be tolerated. It just wastes the time of the Amazing Math staff, and the students, too. Keep in mind that if you troll our Amazing Math server, you are taking precious time away from us that could be used to help others.

We reserve the right to remove any individual from Amazing Math or its discord server for reasons including a gross breaking of the rules. We also reserve the right to report any such gross breaking of such rules to other programs, institutions, or committees.

FAQ: Why can't I view my class channels?
If you're in the discord server, you may notice that some channels might be hidden for you. This is because we want to encourage students to sign up for our classes. If you want access to class channels, please sign up for the classes that you want the channels of here.
If you're signed up for classes, then just wait for an email! We send reminder emails to everyone signed up for a class an hour before that class starts. Those emails will include the passwords you need in order to enter into the server to get access to class channels. Enter them here once you join the server.
